Public Website Terms of Use

These terms apply to use of the public Dōma Home Management marketing website. They are not a substitute for a signed agreement, private onboarding materials, or authenticated portal terms provided to active clients.

Marketing information

Public content is informational, not a service guarantee.

Website content describes Dōma's public-facing services, service philosophy, and platform concepts at a high level. It does not create a client relationship, promise emergency response, publish final pricing, or replace the scope, billing, and service terms of a signed agreement.

Dōma coordinates regulated trades through licensed subcontractors or approved providers where required. Public website copy should not be read to mean Dōma directly performs licensed plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, structural, or other regulated trade work unless properly licensed and specifically agreed.

Home Styling and Construction & Roofing are separate Dōma Group service paths unless a signed agreement specifically states otherwise.

Public forms and access

Do not use public channels for sensitive residence information.

Do not submit alarm codes, gate codes, lockbox codes, passwords, payment details, private addresses, or sensitive household information through public forms or the public Ask Dōma assistant.

Client Login links are intended to route active clients toward approved secure access. This public website does not collect client passwords and does not promise access to private portal records outside the appropriate authenticated portal experience.
