Only submit general inquiry information through public forms.

Public website forms may ask for contact details and general service interest so the Dōma team can follow up. Please do not submit alarm codes, gate codes, lockbox codes, passwords, payment details, full private addresses, private household data, or other sensitive residence information through this website.

Please share only general service interest through this public form. Alarm codes, gate codes, passwords, payment information, full addresses, and other sensitive access details are collected only through approved onboarding and secure client systems.

The public Ask Dōma assistant is educational only. It cannot access private client records, client schedules, invoices, addresses, home manuals, vendor records, access instructions, or private portal AI context.

Active client records and sensitive residence details belong only inside approved private onboarding paths and secure client systems provided separately by Dōma.

Separate systems

The public site is not the private portal.

This public marketing platform is separate from the Company Portal, Client Portal, Apps Script workbooks, private Google Drive assets, portal authentication, client slugs, private client records, private portal AI context, and operations relay systems.

Public website analytics, lead routing, or campaign attribution should not receive sensitive client details. If sensitive information is accidentally submitted, Dōma may limit, delete, or redirect that information according to the appropriate private support workflow.
